What to Expect
Our beginner parkour classes introduce the movements in a safe and fun way. These classes introduce foundational parkour in a calm, guided way suitable for neurodivergent kids and those with extra sensory needs.
Kids learn how to jump, roll, climb, and move over and around obstacles without fear or overload.
It’s all about play, bravery, and trust.
Example Beginner Parkour Class Plan

Regulation and warm-up
Every parkour session starts with a fun, structured warm-up. Think animal crawls, soft mat rolls, and light bouncing to get the body moving and the brain engaged.

Jumping and landing safely
We break it down gently, starting with low-impact bouncing and supported landings on soft mats. James teaches kids how to bend, absorb impact, and feel confident landing on two feet.

Mini obstacle course
Our mini obstacle courses are a favourite with kids who love to move and explore. James sets up simple challenges using soft blocks, tunnels, low bars, and mats encouraging kids to climb over, crawl under, and find their own way through.

Demonstration or favourite move practice
At the end of a session, kids are welcome to revisit their favourite move or show it off if they feel ready. Some love to perform, others prefer to practise quietly.
