What to Expect
Tricking combines elements of martial arts, dance, and acrobatics in a way that’s expressive, empowering, and fun. It’s perfect for kids who like to move outside the box.
Example Tricking Class Plan

Warm-up with music
Every tricking session kicks off with a music fuelled warm-up to get bodies moving and brains engaged.

Skill building: basic kicks, tricks and flips
Once we're warmed up, we start with simple, low-pressure skill building. One of the first moves we teach is a basic kick combo, great for coordination, balance, and body control.

Combo structure: putting it all together
James supports kids to combine their favourite moves into a simple flow or sequence. It’s a gentle way to build memory, coordination, and rhythm without pressure.

Creative play tricking
To wrap up, James and your child create a fun challenge or mini game using the skills they’ve practised. An example might be a trick battle, or a fun combo they invent together.
